2.How long will the processing of individual titles and tax
declarations take?
Upon full payment and complete documentation, it will take
approximately 4-5 months to transfer the titles and tax declarations
to Buyer’s name.
3.When can I build my house in Maryville Subdivision?
Full payment of account is required before you can start building
your house. Construction of residential houses may commence upon
full payment of the lot and all expenses required for the transfer
of documents to Buyer’s name.
4.How much is the Homeowner’s dues?
MAINTENANCE FEE:
